Replacement of screw conveyors

AT the beginning of December 2019 together with other contractors we were involved in replacement of PP powder screw conveyors on live PP production plant. Tu do that we had just 60 hrs including commission and running tests. Our task was to lift up the conveyors to the level of ~20 m, disassembling of cladding (sandwich panels and decompression panels), horizontal transport of the conveyors inside the building, disassembling of old conveyors, assembly of the new in the place  of the old conveyors, and majority of mechanical works including piping. At the same time other contractors did their own work as instrumentation cabling, calibration, DCS, etc. All the works were completed successfully within the time schedule and following conditions of the Client.
